Now Hiring: Part-Time Sales Associate 15-20 Hours Per Week.
We're looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our flock! If you enjoy working with people, love learning new things, and appreciate nature, we'd love to meet you. We provide comprehensive training in backyard bird feeding, bird watching, and our products—no birding experience required.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver a high-energy, customer-first experience.
- Help customers find the best bird feeding solutions and share product knowledge.
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise, including seed deliveries.
- Keep the store organized, clean, inviting, and inspiring.
- Operate the cash register and assist with customer transactions.
- Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Availability to work 15–20 hours per week.
- Open availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, is strongly preferred.
- Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Prior retail experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability and the ability to work weekends is required.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
